The previous Developer page contained the right resources but made them hard to reach. Developers struggled to quickly find documentation and API references because they were buried too far down the page. Testing confirmed what the analytics already showed. Users wanted immediate access to docs, clearer entry points, and a more structured layout aligned with their workflow. As a result, the existing experience felt confusing, slowed navigation, and created unnecessary friction before anyone could get started.
Solution
I redesigned the page from the ground up, leading UX, UI, and content while working fully within Coveo’s design system. The work included reorganizing the content architecture, simplifying page flows, and elevating critical API documentation to the top for instant access. I refined the interface for clarity, applied a cleaner layout system, and added a related resources section to keep users engaged. The final experience is faster to navigate, easier to understand, and aligned with real developer needs from the very first interaction.
